- Processing the request within one hour to a maximum of 24 hours

- No refund after receiving the key (non-material final product)
- Refund only if:
- Key not received (within 24 hours)
- If the key is found to be invalid or dead
- Transfer time: 1-2 days for processing, then 2-4 days depending on the payment method

- We issue a new key if activation fails (provided you send a screenshot of the error and system details)
- Last date for reporting: 7 days from purchase
