Open command prompt as administrator:
Right-click the Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin).
Enter the product key:
Run the following command, replacing XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
dism /online /set-edition:ServerStandard /productkey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /accepteula
For the Datacenter edition, use ServerDatacenter instead of ServerStandard.
Restart the server:
